FURNITURE/SEATING GRADE FOAM

PREMIUM GRADE

Premium grade PU Foams are used in various commercial applications like cushions , sofas , seating applications , packings etc.

Foams that are classified as PREMIUM Grade Foam are as below :

PURE GRADE

Pure grade is a quality of 100% pure polyurethane(PU) Foam. It Is made using polymeric polyol with Xbounce Anti-Sag technology that provides rigidity to the foam structure. It has enough tensile and resilience strength to give durability to the foam. This grade is mainly used for seating applications and mattress manufacturing.

Foams that are classified as PURE Grade Foam are as below :

F-3 GRADE

F3 is a grade of very high resilience manufactured by WINCRAFT FOAM INDUSTRIES

F-3 stands out from other foam because of following reasons :-

its high resilience ,that gives it better comfort and ideal to use for compressed mattresses .
its Anti- Sagging properties .
100 % pure foam without any calcium content .
It retains its shape and strength for several years, thus ensure long -lasting and efficient use.

F-3 is a superior quality product that is used for high-end furniture and mattresses . It is available in following densities :-

SOFTY GRADE FOAM

As the name suggests it’s a soft foam used to give softness in sofa’s , mattresses and also used for quilting purposes .Our softy foam is most superior quality foam from other competitors in north and best known for its purity and jumping effect. It gives ultimate comfort and bounce to the product.

It is available in only 2 densities i.e 23 and 32 densities .

INDUSTRIAL GRADE

F.R GRADE (FIRE RESISTANCE )

It’s a Fire Resistance foam mainly used to ducting , generator canopies , acoustic panels ,for railway seating supplies etc .
It is majorly used in single 32 kg/m³density.

GRAPHITE FOAM

Graphite foam is best known for its superior quality. Graphite foams have high thermal conductivity, low weight and a large specific surface area, which allow them to endure high temperatures up to 3000 °C in an inert atmosphere. Additionally, graphite foams are used as furnace heating elements, heat insulating material and other various components.

HR GRADE

HR means high resilience foam . This P.U foam has much higher responsiveness than memory foam ,which has slow response. This is used for people who enjoy more bounce in their mattresses .High resilience foam with high densities is often used as a transitional layer or base layer of memory foam for mattress which makes it the best combination for a luxury and comfort mattress . Quick response provides more even supportive feel across the mattress.

MEMORY FOAM

A memory foam mattress is usually denser than other foam mattresses, making it both more supportive and heavier. Memory foam mattresses are often sold for higher prices than traditional mattresses. Our Memory foam is manufactured in densities ranging from 35kg/m³ to 50kg/^m3density.
